Best of Summer 2021 Beauty
There’s a month left of Summer, and since many of us didn’t get the opportunity to have a #hotgirlsummer, we can drown our sorrows in the best products summer ‘21 has to offer—even if no one will see the benefits of us using them. I’m a beauty junkie, and as long as it meets my clean criteria, I’ll try it. So here’s my take on the products you should try out before fall and her Pumpkin Spice basicness creeps in. That’s it. That’s the intro. We all know that you’re just gonna scroll down to the products and ignore this, right?
Saie-glowly super gel, $25
My go-to product of summer is for sure this smooth and glowy highlighting gel. It can be used under foundation as a primer, or under sunscreen for a natural sun kissed glow, and with good for your skin ingredients like Papaya seed Oil, Rose-hip seed Oil, and Lactic Acid you skin will praise you for including this in your routine. Plus, it comes in two shades!

Saie is truly one of the best Clean Beauty brands out there, so it’s no wonder another one of their products made our list. Liquid and cream blushes have really made a comeback this summer, providing your skin with a melted in, from within pop of color, and this is one of the best on the market. With multiple shades, healthy additives, and a reasonable price point, it’s worth giving this one a try.
kosas - lip oil, $22
Kosas got famous for their tinted face oil, but they’ve got a lot of other products that are worth the praise and fandom, like this beautiful lip oil. It’s got Avocado Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, and Hyaluronic Acid, comes in 8 shades, and plumps your lips without the sting. Bye Juvederm!

Now I’m gonna be honest, I was slow to jump on the Summer Fridays bandwagon. I’ve never tried their iconic Jet Lag Mask, and I usually walk past their stand in Sephora. Their latest releases however, have caught my attention! I’m very picky about what I put on my face, and my method is always skincare first, and this new gel moisturizer is like a pillow in a jar. So soft, so smooth, and isn’t too heavy for summer wear.
